Jordan approached us to revamp his website, as it was not aligned with his original vision. When Jeri contacted us for her website redesign, she faced challenges similar to many other clients, with her existing website being outdated and lacking pertinent information. Upon partnering with Your HVAC Amigo for their website creation, it was clear they wanted to preemptively address issues that many businesses face. They were in need of a website that would be packed with modern features and efficient functionality tailored for HVAC services and repairs. From the outset, it was understood that the design should be responsive, ensuring ease of access for users on mobile devices and tablets. With these factors as guiding principles, the primary goals for the new design were to incorporate top-notch functionality specific to HVAC services, enhance user-friendliness, and prioritize a responsive layout. This approach was chosen to ensure the site would stand out from its inception and guarantee an exceptional user experience across a spectrum of devices.

The Process

Phase 1: Planning

Talk to me about the goals for your business and discuss the improvements you’d like to see.

Phase 2: Estimate

I will send you an estimate based on the specifications discussed in your initial consultation. Once approved by you, a 50% deposit is made before design begins.

Phase 3: Development

After the development begins, you will receive periodic progress updates through the Client Portal. You will be able to request changes and approve milestones throughout the project.

Phase 4: Delivery

After the final website has been approved, you will pay the remainder of the invoice and choose whether you would like Evolve Services to manage the website for you.

Phase 5: Maintenance

If you opt for a Maintenance & Support Subscription, I will manage your new WordPress website. I will provide regular updates to the core platform and plugins, ensuring the website is always up, and ready for your current and potential customers.
